Welcome to Central Hudson's Customer Self-Service Web Portal!

Self-Service enables you to obtain information concerning the status of your Central Hudson accounts and make simple changes, whenever it is convenient for you, any time of the day or night. The account information that is available through self-service includes current bill information, your history of energy usage, billing and payments.

Through self-service you can also choose to receive and pay your Central Hudson bills online. We call this service eBills. Alternatively, you can also make a one-time bill payment online using ezPay or request a Payment Extension if you need to stretch out paying your bill.

Two Simple Steps to Get Started
First, to begin accessing your account information or to enroll in eBills, you must register to use customer self-service so that we can provide authenticated and secure access. You will create a unique User ID that you can easily remember and use to access your account. For customers with multiple Central Hudson accounts, after you enroll you will be able to add those accounts to your User ID and then access all of the accounts through your single User ID login. This will make it easier than ever for you to select and manage your multiple accounts.

Second, if you are also interested in receiving and paying your Central Hudson bills online, simply log-in to Self-Service and select the eBills menu and sign-up for this option.

Important Security Information
For security reasons, you must have a browser which supports SSL (Secure Socket Layer) to view your account information. Browsers such as Internet Explorer or Netscape 3.0 or later support SSL.
