the following order:

where daytype 'WKDAY' = workday = Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri;
daytype 'WKEND' = weekend = Sat, Sun or Holiday; and
stratum = one of the 14 following broad groupings of customers:
Service Classification Number 1; residential customers:
stratum
- RNH
= residential customers without electric heat;
- RHT
= residential customers with electric heat;
Service Classification Number 6; time-of-use (TOU) residential customers:
stratum
- TN1
= residential TOU customers without electric heat averaging less than 1501 kWh per month;
- TN2
= residential TOU customers without electric heat averaging more than 1500 kWh per month;
- TH1
= residential TOU customers with electric heat averaging less than 1801 kWh per month;
- TH2
= residential TOU customers with electric heat averaging more than 1800 kWh per month;
Service Classification Number 2; commercial customers:

- ND1
= commercial customers without demand meters averaging less than 301 kWh per month;
- ND2
= commercial customers without demand meters averaging between 300 and 1401 kWh per month;
- ND3
= commercial customers without demand meters averaging more than 1400 kWh per month;
- SD1
= commercial customers with demand meters @ secondary voltage averaging less than 21 kW per month in summer;
- SD2
= commercial customers with demand meters @ secondary voltage averaging between 21 and 81 kW
per month in summer;
- SD3
= commercial customers with demand meters @ secondary voltage averaging more than 81 kW
per month in summer;
- PD1
= commercial customers with demand meters @ primary voltage averaging less than 181 kW
per month in summer;
- PD2
= commercial customers with demand meters @ primary voltage averaging more than 181 kW
per month in summer;

... a customer's usage factor times the average hourly profiled demand yields the estimated
hourly demand of the individual customer;
... the sum of the estimated hourly demands of each & every customer in the ESCOs portfolio
yields the ESCOs estimated hourly load obligation.
